You know sustainability and health are connected, but how about stretching?  Stretching helps provide stress relief, can heal and prevent back pain, and increases blood flow to your muscles.  It can also help prevent aches and injuries caused by sitting at a desk all day.

Join Peter Pellerito, the UNMC Center for Healthy Living fitness specialist, to learn effective stretches that can be done in less than a minute, almost anywhere, and by anyone.  You’ll also learn how you can make stretching an enjoyable and relaxing experience, and keep you moving.
