Come celebrate Arbor Day with us!
On Friday, April 27th we’ll be planting a tree, have our own Master Gardener Susan Siebler on hand to answer your plant related questions, and be giving away FREE red-osier dogwood trees and wildflower seeds on a first come, first served basis!
Who: You! All Nebraska Medicine and UNMC faculty, staff, students, their families are invited to this event.
When:Friday, April 27th from 11:30am – 12:30pm
Where: Green space on the south side of the UNMC Administration Building, on the NW corner of 40th and Dewey. Click here to see a map.
What: We’ll plant a tree (replacing one near the daycare that had to be removed), Master Gardener Susan Siebler will answer your gardening questions, and will give out free red-osier dogwood trees and wildflower seeds available on a first come first served basis.
Why: Come enjoy the spring weather on a Friday at lunch, get some free trees and seeds all while honoring Nebraska’s own Arbor Day!
